Listened from 1250-1345 utc and the conditions were very strange. At times I
had carriers and audio on the bottom and top part of the band but I did have a
lot of t-storm noise. At times the audio and carriers would be strong but it
would only last 2 or 3 minutes than it would be gone. For the first time in
many days I had audio on 1566 at 1318 with music.
