Forgot to add that 189 also had a second station behind the strong dominant Rossii--not sure what that was. It was a separate program from the normal simulcast of Rossii on the various Rossii freqs. Hard to believe it could be Iceland this late. Can't remember ever hearing a second station on 189 in the morning.

164 Mongolia was as strong as I've ever had it this morning, a solid 8 on Walt's scale for awhile, even stronger than the Rossii station on 153 for a time, 1304 utc. Only traces of audio on 209, with much stronger Yakataga, Alaska TWEB dominant (CYT). At end of session, both 1566 HLAZ and 1575 VOA Thailand at decent levels, best I've had them this season, 1435 utc.
