[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 5 Nov 2010

  As Richard and Bill observed, a much better morning today.  Japan was 
doing especially well here, with audio noted on 
567,594,666,693,747,774,828,873,1071 and 1287.
Also reaching audio was China (945, 981,1206), Russia (648), and South 
Korea (972, 1566).  A few unIDs also (1098,1143,1161,1476), mostly just 
with traces of audio.  On 1476 I'm pretty sure it was Chinese, and with 
a bit of a multi-transmitter echo.  Certainly one of the more 
interesting mornings of late.
