TP signals weren't as good here this morning as yesterday. Local sunrise was
at 1259 UTC.

693 JOAB Tokyo J, 1254, weak JJ audio //JOIB 747. Audio faded out 1313.
702 unID (possibly Chongjin KRE), 1155, carrier (het). Raspy carrier at 1232
with QRM from KHSE 700. Signal faded out at 1259.
747 JOIB Sapporo J, 1114, JJ audio. Audible off and on until fading out at
1310.
774 JOUB Akita J, 1102, JJ audio. Signal had a "sunrise lift", not fading out
until 1310. The carrier was audible to 1315.
828 unID (probably JOBB), 1239, het below XEIK 830.
891 unID, 1241, het.
972 unID (probably HLCA), 1225, weak het.

The raspy carrier signal on 702 kHz was possibly from North Korea. It faded
away at sunrise.

After the Asian signals faded out, I listened to XETCH 700 from 1320 until it
faded away under KHSE at 1345.

Receiver was a Tecsun PL-310 ultralight attached to a 7.5-inch loopstick.
