The lower part of the band was just about dead this morning, with the peak, such as it was, occuring a good half hour before sunrise. At that time 774 managed faint traces of audio, but that was it. The upper end of the dial was a bit more interesting, with a weak 4QD on 1548, Korea on 1566, faint traces of audio on 1584 (presumably the same station heard in Lamont a few days ago), and carriers on every frequency above 1500, including a surprisingly strong one on 1602.
