Hi this is IRCA member Curtis Mcmenamin what days are the tests of 1300 WCKI and WLTQ 730 testing and what is the times of the hour they will be testing since I live in California to try for them. does anyone know what the programming is going to be is there going to be morse code or tones during testing.
