Mine is not nearly so neat. It resonates quite well in the AM band. My target band (NDB's) not so well. The antenna is very high-Q and appears to be an excellent performer. The tree is about 90' tall. I'm using a little homebrew preamp across the capacitor (MPF102 and 2N3904). I hear an AM station centered on 1665kHz playing Hispanic music. Is this a pirate? I don't see any listings in the FCC database.
