Hi Jim - I can't say I have ever heard "Govorit" IDs from Mayak. I'd be tempted to think this was Iran ending their broadcast in Georgian, assuming that "Govorit" is used in Georgian just like Russian. Ahwaz-711 carries VOIRI at times per the WRTH just like 702 so maybe the chimes are Iranian although I hear 3 note chimes rather than 2 note.
