Thanks to all for the image info . If the IF is 450 Khz instead of 455 that would explain the 1710 but It only happens when two local strength signals come together so with a local 900 on 10KW and a super strong signal on 810 from SF in the last few nights it would be the result.There is only one other local on 1070 but it is not audible in the image on 1710.I did not try another receiver but I'll give that a go and see if its an inside or outside produced signal with the digital tuner. Too bad it wasn't the Western Washington Russian on 1710 that guys are trying to locate there so I'm probably not close enough anyway.Bill in BC
