maybe Albania on a few minutes early? I see the carrier on the upper
side on some mornings, varies a lot.

Interesting that when I checked at 06:55 UTC, there was a pretty decent
carrier on 1215.000. presumably Absolute Radio, but also another carrier on
1215.229 (much weaker). No idea about the latter. No audio on the former,
