Last nights 740khz tone tester signal would peak to a good level, suspect someone close. WVLN Olney, IL would be my first choice followed by WRPQ from Baraboo. WVLN is due south and it fits the loop bearing. Much further out and much likely could be WIRJ Humbolt, or WJIG Tullahoma.
