Isn't one of the problems in getting stations to test is that most are 24 hours, and they have commitments to run ads & DX test programming might drive away listeners? I wonder if these objections could be avoided by DX tests of 1 minute or less? KJNP-1170 North Pole, AK used to give calls once on top of hour in morse code, as requested by DXers. Very short DX tests, but semi-permanent! Some stations may be confused about FCC rules. Is there really anything that says they can't ID on top of hour in code, as long as they also give voice ID? 73, George S., MN
