I'd say that the station is not well-engineered; can't tell about power

They are a regular visitor on this side of The Pond. In recent days I have
noticed a pretty poor signal around 0100 EST. 930 WBEN was heard better than
KB. I assumed they were running on low power. Sadly conditions not good
enough to let Oklahoma City sneak thru hi!

Just heard an announcement at 7:49 PM that WWKB will off until 1 AM for
maintenance. I think it will start any minute, though it's still on.
