Getting someone at 1923 ELT with an excellent signal looping SE from Omaha (in
a
tight null of WCCO) with SS talk by excited male , almost as if he were
broadcasting from a soccer game, althought he wasn't. Heard 2 mentions apiece
of "Santa Fe" and "Costa Rica" and another mention of "Radio (something) Agua
(something)". Clearly not Radio Reloj, and the 2010 WRTH lists no stations
from
Costa Rica on 830. Help would much MUCH appreciated!
