Saul, I think it's a Mexican station, relaying XEN. At the very beginning
of Clip F, I hear "La 69 (sesenta nueve) es noticia." On the XEN website
www.la69.com.mx<http://www.la69.com.mx/>, the dominant logo is "La 69 es
noticia." Also picked out of the talk are "en lugar de la veze" "La vez de
...ona en La 69" what sounds like "doscientos veinte- ah - emmy" But might
do an ear stretch to Ochocients-diez AM" (The AM is clearer) and again "en
la sesenta nueve."
I see nothing on XEN's website, though, to indicate there is a network
relaying their programming.
Doesn't help much, but those are the clues I hear.
