The delay in getting new programming for WWCS 540 is only that Birach hasn't

independent folks to lease several hours a day each.. thats it.

And it should be noted that for the first month after Disney moved its programming from (leased) WWCS to (owned-and-operated) WDDZ 1250, Disney continued its lease of WWCS to run a repeating loop directing listeners to the new Radio Disney on 1250.

I'm told that Birach also had to build out a new control room for WWCS, since all of its programming (and even transmitter control) had been coming from Disney's Pittsburgh offices.
