To do what Craig suggests, simply right-click on the file and choose "Send
To"...

I use box.net to send mp3 clips. Some how I have "shared download
disabled." Can anyone tell me in very, very simple steps how to
enable downloads so recipients can play the clip?
Have you tried compressing the .mp3 so it shows as a .zip file? Easy to
uncompress back to a .mp3 after the download.
