Bill - Here's a direct link to the FCC database:
http://www.fcc.gov/mb/audio/amq.html

One thing I do every couple of months on this site is to click on the "Text
file (pipe delimited/no links)" option towards the bottom of the page. The
output takes a few minutes to download, but it covers the whole database from
530 to 1700 with power, CPs and applications, and transmitter
latitude/longitude, among other things. I then click "save as" (in Internet
Explorer) and save the file as a .txt file. The .txt file can then be uploaded
into Excel (via the Data - From Text function, choose "delimited" file) and
voila - a spreadsheet with the whole FCC database!

The database has some inaccuracies on the US side, and is ridiculously out of
date for non-US stations. Changes to US stations that have been made
relatively recently, however, seem to be fairly accurate.
