Hi guys,
I see that there is a test this Sunday March 6.WFNY 1440 Gloversville, NY. The
test is scheduled to be 0100-0200 ELT. That morning is the day we change from
EST to EDT etc. So, my question is the time of this test, is it 100-200am EST,
or EDT? I think the official changeover to EDT is actually at 200am EST, but it
is confusing. Any ideas?
