KCBS 740 was off the air FRI 04/08 at 0045 PDT, allowing a presumed Tahiti
to be heard weakly with a man in unID language on 738 kHz. KCBS came back on
at 0059 without IBOC. They are still without IBOC as of 1300 SUN 04/10/11.
