Allen- The chanting on 864 is most likely Egypt. Using the Perseus at Zante, Greece April 10 at 2310-2320 UTC, the station with Arabic chanting was noted loud & clear and well atop the frequency.
Sounded like Koranic recitation - male a capella chanting. Also, Egypt-864 has been widely heard from the US during better TA conditions.
