Nope.  Always had 1 kw at night.  They were alone all day in Port Huron, but I 
almost never heard them at night, when the channel was dominated by WMMN, 
w/CKCY and WOKY the most commonly in the mix.  I would think they could get 10 
kw at night.  Look at all the stations on 910, 920, and 930 that aren't there 
anymore, CBO, CKLY, CKCY, and CKNS.  They might not even need to tighten up 
their actual night pattern much, and instead of interfering with legally 
operating U.S. stations they could reach more of their natural audience in 
Canada, and be legal besides!
