I don't know about that, Patrick.  It's extremely weak here in Victoria.  I
would have thought it'd be stronger here, as we're close to KISM.  I suppose
it has to be within the receive area for KISM, as it's not // the internet
feed, but rather the live feed.  Must be very flea powered.  Last year I
heard the Russian 1710 station at much better level than this one.
