I tried to tune into nearby KKOW-860 to get storm coverage (which they excel at), but there was too much static on the band here. Didn't dawn on me until long afterwards to listen to their streaming audio. The way the Weather Channel talked, this thing was a monster, like an F-4 or perhaps even an F-5.
