Fluorescent lights have always been a source of RF pollution, however. So they probably made the situation worse by moving to them. I have never allowed fluorescent lighting in my houses for that very reason. Unfortunately, the world is moving away from incandescent to fluorescent because of the energy savings, with little thought to what they do to the RF Spectrum.
