So these guys are finally on full time!! I've struck out many times trying for them but perhaps they weren't on.
My new 500 ft BOG due west nulls pest WAUK (due north) very well and lets me listen to KWMT daytimes well atop. Once KWMT drops to 170 watts, they are still in there weakly before CBK takes over, but since WXYG seems to put somewhat more signal this way (also 15 minute window this month between sunset switches) they should be possible for me. If I ever get a non T-storm evening I'll try for them. They are one of 3 stations I need to complete MN. 73 KAZ 35 miles NW of Chicago -----Original Message----- >From: Earl Higgins <[email protected]> >Sent: Jun 27, 2011 8:57 AM >To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]>, Mailing list for the International >Radio Club of America <[email protected]>, Rick Dau <[email protected]> >Subject: Re: [NRC-AM] WXYG 540 Sauk Rapids, MN > >Interesting.
