Thanks for your comment on the Lincoln City DU-DXpedition report.
We drove straight through Portland on I-5 both ways this time, and
didn't have extra time to spend around Astoria or Seaside. But we plan
to return to the Cannon Beach area next month (8-13 to 8-16), and
hopefully can track you down then. There's an Oregon state park at a
place called Arch Cove near the ocean beach, on a cliff about 300 feet
over the surf. The plan is to set up an Ultralight DU-DXing station
there with one of the new FSL's, and see how the South Pacific DX
compares to Lincoln City :-)
