Thanks Dennis. Yes, the Russian is a regular visitor here nightly. Depending on Northerly cx, the signal strength does vary. The best signal is off the NE EWE, aimed pretty much at the Puget Sound. I even get the Russian station carrier durng the day! Rarely any audio though, except maybe in mid Winter. You might try for the Fort Lewis TIS in the morning after LSR on 1500. They are also common after CA fades out.
