Barry, KVNS has never been 10KW at night.. theyre 8800 watts day, 880 watts night, non directional, Only like 2 x band stations have more then the standard 10KW Day/1KW Night but they are highly directional.
When the FCC Granted X Band allocations, they were to be 10KW Day/1KW Night Non Directional.
