Does anyone know the identity of "La Voz Consuelo" heard on 670 kHz? It was heard 9/21/11, from 1129 until fade out at 1203 UTC, on 670 kHz playing música ranchera with several "La Voz Consuelo" ID's, but no call or QTH. I assume it's either XETRO or XEIS.
