Got someone here at 1948 CLT with ending of "Highwayman" by the Highwaymen, then ID that sounded like "Classic Country Plus AM 1470". Heard again around 2014 with "When She Cries" by Restless Heart. Hard to get a fix on it, because it seemed to be coming in well no matter which way the loop was turned. WBKV and KWAY, two likely suspects, do not stream their audio, so checking with them is out of the question.
