Gary, I had to go and check when I got the QSL letter and stricker from 2WEB. It was in Jan. 1996. My reception was in Nov 1995. According to Sue Smith, the secretary they were running 2.5 KW. The gov of Australia used to only allow 5 KW stations other than the ABC, but that must have changed. Again great going.
