Listened from 1305-1335 utc and conditions was up over yesterday with more carriers and 3 with audio. 774 JOUB good at 1319 utc with ID in English and than 5 minute English. 1557 ?? very poor but got a little audio at 1325 utc with talk. 1566 HLAZ very good at 1317 utc with talk.
