Interesting conditions tonight. I'm reading some of my emails, with my Perseus humming away in the backgound, tuned to 860 kHz. Spanish dominates for the most part, but then I hear CBC programming from CFPR Prince Rupert, and also CBKF2 from Saskatoon in French. The latter is not heard all that often. Each takes it's turn to dominate for a few minutes before fading down. Not sure who the Spanish speaker is.
