Something as simple as a Facebook group page might work very well and at no cost.

Repeated attempts to access it have bounced back. The site owner announced he was stepping down. I e-mailed the site owner several times about how to keep the site going but never heard back. I think we'll need to work with either the NRC or IRCA, or both, on this. Ideally I'd like to see one site to send DXers and engineers/station contacts for 'everything they need to know' about (1) scheduled tests, (2) how to organize tests, and (3) how to hold or run them. Could keep our sample letter there, have sample QSLs, etc., and a contact form to reach the DX test coordinator. Plus a very small number of key links (to NRC, IRCA, mainly).
