Steve, I'm not knowledgeable in any Asian language, but my uneducated quess would be JOHK NHK1 Japan. Many of the second tier Japanese stations were heard this morning. I heard JOHK on 09/26/09 and it was // 594 JOAK. What ever station it was it was a nice catch from you inland location.
