Listened from 1250-1345 UTC and conditions was very poor and the only audio was
from JOUB-774 at 1336 UTC which was just above the noise level for 3 or 4
minutes. Lots of t-storm noise today!! All was not lost as I heard "News Talk
1110 KBND" at 1307 UTC for a new station.
