I you could give me the exact dimensions I can model this. 140ft is quite large 
for BCB and I'd expect some possible pattern degradation for the upper BCB. 
What is the apex height and approximately how far above ground is the 140 ft 
base wire?

However, it is concerning that your nulls are great on LW, but poor on lower 
BCB. How are they on the upper BCB?

You may wish to try to debug your setup with a fixed resistor and if you 
suspect any issues with the Mini-Circuits balun, use that home brew.
