With Japanese conditions being very good this morning I was able to hear the sign/off of JOUB 828 kHz NHK2 at 1520 utc. National Anthem followed by music box chimes. First time heard inland by me. Heard at Grayland before. 8:26 AM PDT and audio is gone.
