Very weak carrier on 1215 this evening, about 0630UT, but by 0640UT,
774 was delivering weak audio that seemed to loop to Japan. Fair
carriers on 234, 279, 702, 747, 1188, 1197, 1242, 1269, 1287, also
seeming Asiatic.
