Nothing found on MW at first even with lots of hets. But later 1566 presumed
HLAZ fairly decent reception from about 1425-1445 utc.
LWBC Rossii 153 weak, 279 very poor at 1400.
1710 stuff--presumed Seattle Russian station, along with the SS station that
plays lots of SS rock type music, both at about equal levels, though one
would fade up then the other, 1445-1510 utc
