A few things I've uncovered about KBRV... They may or may not be at low power.. about a month ago, their 5KW transmitter failed and they filed an STA to run 40 Watts. That was when they were on 790, so they may have gotten a new 10KW transmitter on 800.
Secondly, they have a webstream.
