Listened from 1305-1405 UTC and conditions was up over yesterday with many
carriers and a few with audio. It was a little on the strange side as I would
have audio on JOUB-774 for a few minutes than it would be gone with only a very
weak carrier. Audio was herad on 594, 774, 828 and 1566 so it was a good
morning for TP's.
