Offhand, 747 might be the best bet for hearing a TA & TP on the same frequency 
at the same time.  JOIB sometimes fades in around 0600, when Holland would 
still have a darkness path to this part of the world (during this time of year, 
anyway).

There can be a darkness path to both western 
Europe and northeastern Asia simultaneously at 
this time of year, but the only time I recall 
hearing audio from both on one channel (swinging 
the loop from one to the other), was in the '70s, 
when BBC on 647 (in those days) gave way to a 
Soviet Far East station....something worth 
remembering, as it's never happened since.
