Generally poor conditions lately, nothing to comment/report. This morning
about the same except for 1116 had a short strong fadeup of Down Under 4BC
to medium/8 level, quite unusual to be so strong, at 1436 utc, lasting about
a minute. 1566 HLAZ only reaching very poor level at times for other audio.
