01--01--2012--Vic BC---After Boxing Day I noted that KVI Seattle was still playing Christmas tunes and figured they might be switching to another format. My hunch has been confirmed by a report in the Recent News blog on Northwest Broadcasters website( Dec 29) that they will switch to syndicated talk at 5AM on Jan 1 until Jan 3 when local talk begins with one of their longtime DJs.
