It was better than last night, but this evening was still delivering
just carriers. At around 0540UT, 1215 was on the threshold of
audio, but never quite made it. 837, 963 and 1143 had quite
reasonable carriers at one point or another, otherwise, pretty wispy
on channels such as 675, 756, 775, 855, 864, 882, 954, 999, 1053,
1089, 1107, 1152, and 1269.
