I used to get RNE QSLs, but in the last three years or so none. Never a
response from France Info or France Bleue, and I've tried to be as creative

According to what I have read Espana no longer QSLs, at least on SW.
France I got 162 QSL'd but another frequency they have never replied
too. Also Iceland has not responded. They used to be a great QSLer too.
I do have them on SW.
