1.9KW Day, 720W Night... 6 towers full time.

The license holder is Timothy Cutforth, a broadcast engineer.

He was the guy who had a permit for 540 in Pine Bluffs, WY and actually
started building it, had steel in the air.. when the FCC rescinded the
license.
