My logging for 1300 kHz are KKOL WA, KAPL OR, KACI OR, KCMY NV & KLIX ID.
These stations have been logged since 2004.

Subject: [IRCA] 1300( KKOL Seattle)

0200 -plus 35 minutes --Vic BC. Tuning in to 1300 I'm hearing a jumble of
signals including music and talk where normally KKOL Seattle is audible with a
fairly steady signal. Could KKOL be off or on reduced power as there is no
trace of them here now. Can anyone still at the dials verify this ? Haven't as
yet been able to ID the back grounders since none of them are skipping into the
vaccuum left by Seattle. I guess one of them could be the nearest outsider in
Phoenix OR--KAPL which should throw a better signal this way with 5 Kw. The mix
is just too jumbled to make out anything. I think I'm hearing Coast  to Coast
AM which could be KACL in The Dalles OR . No Positive ID on any incoming
signals.    Bill in BC
